Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah has declared that drug abuse should no longer be viewed solely as a health or social problem but as a serious security challenge with far reaching consequences for national stability and development.
The governor stressed that the growing menace of substance abuse poses significant risks to public safety, economic progress, and social cohesion, calling for a more coordinated national response to address the crisis.
